Though we currently don’t take walk-in guests, we encourage you to check our booking platform to see if there are any available appointments for the exact moment you feel like booking – You just might be able to book something on the spot!

There is a form to be filled out upon your arrival, so we recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment to optimize your time with us. Just bring your lovely self! All info on pre and post treatments is described in the treatment menu.

We can only control what we can control. If you happen to be running late, please call or text us to let us know your ETA – We’ll most definitely try our best to accommodate or modify your service in the time we have booked together.

Please keep in mind that there may be an appointment(s) booked after yours and we’ll have to assess what we can accomplish in that timeframe. If for whatever reason you can’t make it, we’d be more than happy to prioritize your booking by rescheduling you at your convenience at the soonest available opening.

We kindly ask that you let us know if you need to cancel 4 hours before your appointment. If not, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to your card on file. Incase of an emergency, we’ll gladly waive the cancellation fee for you.

Currently, we’re taking bookings for one person at a time. Stay tuned for updates on bookings for more than one person!

Credit, Debit, Apple Pay and Cash are all forms of payment accepted at our spa. We also accept and offer PEAU’ésie gift cards.

We accept exchanges for unopened products within 14 days of purchase. We accept refunds for unopened products within 10 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened products for your safety and hygiene reasons.

Our founder is trained and certified in PREempt Hygiene Practices in order to pencil out the safety structure of the spa environment before all else. All equipment, bedding and tools are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned in triple check methods before, during and after each guest.

By car: There’s usually free parking on the side streets. If not, as you’re driving towards the building, you’ll see an Indigo parking lot to the left of 4000 Rue Saint-Ambroise where you can drive right in the back. Park near the 4030 door as you enter the back parking lot. There's an elevator right when you walk in. The first 30 minutes of parking are free, then paid. When you enter the building, there's an elevator down the hallway up to the fourth floor.

By public transit: The closest metro stations are Atwater, Lionel-Groulx and Lucien-L’Allier with short walks.

Absolutely, without question. Through meticulous refinement and groundwork in the treatments we perform, we cater our experience to all skin tones with extensive education in practice and in mind.

Our treatment beds were custom built up to 30” inches wide to hold up to 2,000 lbs in weight for your safety and comfort.

Come as you are! We’ll always remove your makeup before the treatment with a double cleanse, though coming bare face allows for a few extra minutes of treatment time so we can dive right in.

After your treatment, you’ll be handed a post-treatment care rundown with all the details on your appointment and how to care for your skin at home.

Varying from person to person, a microdermabrasion treatment is to be booked every 2-4 weeks to optimize the results and maintain a steady pattern for your skin.

As one of our favourite treatments, dermaplaning is a non-surgical treatment to get rid of vellus hair, commonly known as “peach fuzz” while exfoliating the skin at the same time to allow for better product absorption. Included in the treatment is an LED Light Therapy to aid in a variety of skin concerns to optimize results. PEAU’ésie’s dermaplaning treatment is performed interchangeably with surgical professional blades exclusive to backbar treatments.

*The removal of vellus hair will not have it grow back thicker or darker. This method of hair removal is different from that of the body.

All people under the age of 18 will have to sign a liability intake form under a parental guardian signature, strictly when booking advanced treatments.

Every face and body care treatment as PEAU’ésie is performed in a private and intimate setting with your aesthetician. Hand care is performed in an open space, though still intimate and one on one.

Our carefully crafted face and body care treatments alongside curated product selections were thought out with every skin type and skin tone in mind. Our founder, CEO and lead aesthetician, Despina, specializes in custom base and advanced skin care treatments. We aim to support optimal skin health for you from the moment you sit down with us until you don’t. But, you know… You’re more than welcome to hang out with us whenever.

Please note that if your skin is suffering from a medical condition, your aesthetician reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment based on the skin assessment and their professional judgment. We want to ensure your skin deserves the proper treatment and care at hand, and certain skin/medical conditions need and should be seen by a dermatologist/medical professional.

Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell. Skin care is worth it, but it’s not worth risking your health for.
